Stephani Prescher, LMSW, CCM, CBIS
Clinical Director | Certified Case Manager
Stephani Morgan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Case Manager, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with over 12 years of experience serving the Grand Rapids community. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University, along with a background in criminal justice, a fellowship in infant and maternal health, and post-graduate training in medical social work, trauma-based therapy, and child play therapy. Stephani specializes in psychosocial therapy and case management for individuals with traumatic brain injuries, and she is particularly skilled at supporting clients with complex behavioral, psychiatric, and mental health needs. She provides services to both children and adults, bringing a diverse and well-rounded perspective to every client she works with.

Tim Prescher
President & CEO
Tim Prescher is the President, CEO, and Director of Operations of the Therapy Center for Behavioral Health & Rehabilitation Services. A medically retired U.S. Army Infantryman and decorated combat veteran, Tim served as a Sergeant leading soldiers through multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. His years of service instilled in him an exceptional ability to lead, an deep cultural competence, and a profound compassion for people from all walks of life. Tim draws on his firsthand understanding of the rehabilitation world to oversee all financial, marketing, human relations, and operational functions of TCBHRS—ensuring the organization runs with the same integrity and dedication he brought to his service.

Erin Fisk, LMSW
Director of Operations & Client Services
Erin Fisk is a Licensed Master Social Worker and the Director of Operations & Clinical Services at the Therapy Center for Behavioral Health & Rehabilitation Services, bringing over 20 years of experience in behavioral health to her role. Erin oversees the practice's daily operations while supporting the delivery of thoughtful, high-quality clinical care across the organization. She is deeply committed to building systems that empower clinicians to do their best work and ensure that every client feels respected, understood, and supported. Erin's leadership is grounded in compassion, clear communication, and an unwavering dedication to ethical, client-centered care.

Rosy Gerwatowski, LMSW
Clinical Therapist
Rosy Gerwatowski is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. She specializes in working with individuals who have acquired brain injuries, using a therapeutic approach grounded in early intervention, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practice. With over three years of experience, Rosy has supported individuals navigating substance use, families affected by addiction, and people with disabilities. She currently focuses on clients with traumatic brain injuries, helping them address the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges that arise throughout their rehabilitation and reintegration into daily life. Rosy is a skilled collaborator who thrives in interdisciplinary team environments and is always focused on what's best for the client.

Kaley Fairbairn, LMSW
Clinical Therapist
Kaley Fairbairn is a Licensed Master Social Worker with 16 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University in New York City. Kaley is certified in EMDR and Sex Therapy, with her Sex Therapy certification earned through the University of Michigan in 2023. She specializes in supporting clients navigating relationships, intimacy, anxiety, and trauma, drawing on a rich blend of modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and a client-focused, strength-based approach. Outside of her clinical work, Kaley is a devoted mother of three, a proud Havanese puppy parent to Teddy Pendergrass, and an unabashed fan of Prince, the Detroit Pistons, and The Real Housewives — bringing the same warmth, humor, and realness to her practice that she brings to everything else in life.

Augustena Baar, LLMSW
Clinical Therapist
Augustena Baar, LLMSW, is a dedicated therapist with 15 years of experience in child welfare and mental health services. She earned her Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her work. Augustena specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, better understand their emotions, and strengthen communication skills, while creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Maria Rabaut
MSW Intern
Maria Rabaut is a Master of Social Work intern with over five years of experience in the mental health field, graduating in May 2026. Her background spans inpatient psychiatric settings as well as work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating complex trauma and mental health challenges. Maria has a particular interest in supporting youth impacted by traumatic brain injuries, and she brings a warm, collaborative style to her clinical work — incorporating creativity and play to help younger clients build coping skills and emotional awareness. Her approach is person-centered and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Maria is deeply committed to giving back to her community and to creating a space where every client feels genuinely heard, respected, and empowered.

Lisa Grabiel, MS, OTRL, CCM, CBIS
Occupational Therapist | Case Manager
Lisa Grabiel is an Occupational Therapist, Certified Case Manager, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with 14 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Nutrition from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. Lisa has spent her career working as a home and community-based occupational therapist with a focus on neurological disorders and brain injury, and brings five years of specialized case management experience supporting clients with auto no-fault injuries and traumatic brain injuries. She has also contributed to research and program development in coma sensory stimulation in the intensive care unit at Corewell Health. Lisa provides the full scope of occupational therapy services — including attendant care evaluations, home modification evaluations, activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and community ADLs — for people of all ages. Her additional expertise in vision therapy, sensory integration training, and vocational support allows her to deliver truly comprehensive, person-centered care with a focus on helping each client achieve their highest level of independence in their home and natural environments.

Lisa Beard, MS, PT, CCM, CBIS
Physical Therapist | Certified Case Manager
Lisa Beard is a Physical Therapist, Certified Case Manager and Certified Brain Injury Specialist with over 23 years of experience. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University and completed a Pediatric Fellowship at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, where she published research through the Gait Lab and worked across both inpatient and outpatient teams. Lisa has taught at Grand Valley State University as both an adjunct professor and guest lecturer in the pediatrics and neurology classes. Her areas of expertise include pediatrics, brain injury, and spinal cord injury, with professional interests in cranial sacral therapy, manual therapy, play-based interventions, and chronic pain. Lisa has worked across inpatient, outpatient, and home and community-based settings, and is known for her strong advocacy on behalf of her patients and her ability to navigate complex systems of care.

Lisa Rodriguez, BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lisa Rodriguez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst with five years of experience in the Grand Rapids area. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Education from the University of California, Riverside. Lisa specializes in home-based behavior analytic services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and their families, working with both children and adults. She has a particular strength in coordinating care for clients with complex behavioral and mental health needs that impact their rehabilitation progress, and she brings a thoughtful, family-centered approach to every case.

Corey Milburn, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Corey Milburn is a Behavioral Health Technician with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University. He specializes in supporting qualified healthcare providers in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis, mental health care, and training delivery. Corey brings extensive experience working with diverse clientele, applying evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavioral and mental health outcomes. He is also a skilled tutor and cognitive training specialist, offering rehabilitation specialist interventions focused on tutoring, cognitive skill building, and targeted behavioral support.

Tess Adams, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Tess Adams is a Registered Behavior Technician with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Michigan, earned in 2019. Her background includes hands-on teaching experience in both ASD-specific and general education elementary classrooms, giving her a strong foundation in supporting individuals with diverse learning needs. Tess is currently pursuing her Certified Brain Injury Specialist and Certified Case Manager certifications, reflecting her dedication to continued growth and comprehensive care. She is passionate about building supportive, strengths-based environments where people of all ability levels are celebrated and given the tools they need to thrive. When she's not with clients, you'll find her on the pickleball court or deep in her latest art project.
